HUMAN RIGHTS-Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings,
regardless of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other

does not accept as fundamental to its very existence the recognition of the rights
of minorities.Human rights that are reflected in mordern international legal
documents have been created according to starndars adopted and enacted
through a multcentury process. The inaeliable nature of human rights makes
individuals independent from the state under human rights law.
The current Constitution of Ukraine was adopted on June 28, 1996. According
to the Constitution, Ukraine is a sovereign and independent, democratic,
social, legal state.
Human rights in Ukraine are human rights enshrined in Section 2 of the
Constitution of Ukraine “Rights, Freedoms and Duties of a Person and a Citizen
”. A citizen of Ukraine has all rights and freedoms on its territory and has equal
